Pros
Dollar's training is very thorough; no need to have banking experience. I've worked several places in my career and am very satisfied with my decision to work here. I don't dread going to work. I've met a lot of great people. I'm also able to balance my home/work life.
Cons
I know I could make more elsewhere, but as I said I've worked a few places in my career. More money doesn't help when you aren't happy at work; we spend too much time at work each week to be miserable. Having said that, I do feel the pay structure across the board needs increased to keep the talent we have.
