Works with you schedule wise and once in a position for a year it is possible to move to a new position.

Cons

Online banking does not work. Customers call in upset and you cannot do anything to help because the online and app have too many technical errors that are being ignored.They insist you make suggestions, but when you do, they are ignored. Every department is under staffed. Making more work for you. The schedules vary. This means you may work 12-8 one day and then 7:45-3:45 the next and then 10-6 the next.

Pros

The training and support are extensive. The managers and back offices want you to be knowledgeable and successful. If I had a question, someone would find the answer. Dollar Bank always had my back. They want you to meet goals, but your job security doesn't depend on pushing naive old people into opening accounts they don't need. Dollar Bank says they put customer service first, and this is entirely true.

Cons

The only two significant drawbacks were the hours and the pay. When I was hired, I was promised two Saturdays off a month, and that almost never happened. I believe I had a streak of ten Saturdays I worked in a row. The pay, although not dependent on commission, is not enough compensation for the responsibilities you are likely to have.

Coming into banking with zero experience, Dollar Bank has a really great training program to really get you in the swing of things. I thoroughly enjoy everyone I work with/have worked with throughout my time being here!

Cons

The technology used is outdated and there are minimal incentives for reaching and exceeding goals
