      Good company to work for. Great job security and not overly aggressive goals.

      Cons

      It doesn't matter how long you have worked there or the promotions you may get..the pay is just awful!

      Good people to work with, everyone gets along. Company likes to hire and promote from within.

      Cons

      High turnover, upper management is preoccupied with high value clients to the point that you don't have the tools to adequately assist normal clients and do the job correctly.

      It was a easy job. Easy interviews also. Some people were nice that worked there also

      Methods and technology outdated. Training program ridiculous. Salary not comparable to the industry average!
