      Pros

      I love my team. We all work really hard for the big picture. I love working for Dollar, the PTO and benefits are wonderful. I have been here almost 10 year and plan on staying as long as they'll have me.

      Cons

      The pay could be a little more competitive. Management may need retraining. I see a lot of managers promoting on a time line rather than on merit. It can be discouraging to great employees who work hard seeing someone hired around the same time who is clearly on a lower level of job support being promoted at the same time.

      Great company. Amazing place to work. Truly a bank for the people

      No job is perfect, but Dollar Bank does a great job to make sure you're prepared and in the right mental space before anything else.
