Great pro's are you get wrote up for grabbing a drink on the way to break unless you are the store manager favorite.. Another pro is that you have to be the favorite

Cons

Where do I start? Only if you are the store managers favorite can you shop on the clock.. Everything in general is bad working for the dollar tree.. If you have the flu and you can't go in on your whole 2 days your ungrateful manager gets butt hurt and tells you not to come back.. I could have gotten everyone sick but I'm nice..
