Benefits, annual bonus, ERGs, some flex time

Cons

Favoritism, micromanagement across the company, no room for growth or advancement, no empowerment, remote work is not a part of the culture, inability to foster positive change and make a meaningful difference (management very controlling), military style culture and "leadership", leaders are not held accountable, majority of leaders do not perform leadership responsibilities, inequitable treatment

Great benefits that increase with time intervals, good pay for area, company has progressed in the last five years regarding diversity and inclusion. If you report to a good boss, it is the best place to work.

Cons

If you get into a unit with a toxic (even physically abusive) director or VP, there is no recourse and sometimes little mobility. The HR investigative process leaves the final decision in the hands of the person’s direct line of management (report-to). If you report to a bad boss, your only option is to leave that group.
