      Pros

      Pay and benefits were good. Employees are generally professional and desire to perform with excellence. Safety culture is very good.

      Cons

      This job can require nights (all night) and weekends at the plant with lots of time, money and schedule pressure. Fear of being blamed for something can be toxic. People may spend significant time and energy protecting themselves from future blame with emails, hand written notes, condition reports etc.

      Pros

      The people are fantastic. Benefits are very competitive. Enjoyable working environment. Very good retirement package. On-site amenities were above average, meaning they had more than other companies I've worked at.
