Good, clean and friendly work environment. The company has very strong safety policies. Positive diversity program and training put into place. Fair compensation.

Cons

No room for advancement. Job reviews not consistent across the board for all workers. Top management not truly in touch with workers.

Cons

Good 'ol boy system still alive and well in the promotion process. If the most qualified were promoted vs. who your friends are, it would be a big step in the right direction.
