      Pros

      Stability of job, work life balance. Working hours were usually reasonable. Benefits offered second to no other companies. Expectations reasonable.

      Cons

      If you are looking for a job with the possibilities of a quick advancing career this is not the place. Upward mobility in a quick manner is a challenge even for outstanding performance.

      The company's focus priority of safety and a customer first attitude make it a company with which all of its employees are proud to affiliate. The pay and benefits are great.

      The hours can be challenging at times, since it is a company that is always operating and therefore must be staffed at all times.
