      $, benifits, freedom to do as you please, free trips to vendors, ability to design cool stuff, get outdoors, not micromanaged

      too many chiefs and not enough indians. everybody wants to be your boss or tell you how TH EY did something.

      Extremely accepting when you begin your employment. Everyone is willing to help and teach you necessary information for personal growth and growth in career. Good mentors as well.

      You do a little bit of everything. There isnt one exact job you are assigned to, however that helps you learn to multitask.

      Pay is good, benefits are good.

      Cons

      They have a union and union mentality. That holds back workers that deserve to be promoted because the person that has been there forever gets promoted, even if they are lazy and don't deserve it. Just look at most of the office clerks.
