      Pros

      Excellent compensation. Positive work environment. My supervisor is very accessible and provides opportunities for growth within my field. The site location is very convenient, on campus parking, cafeteria, and workout room.

      Cons

      As any intern position, there are no benefits. I wish they provided health coverage for interns. Other than that, I cannot think of any cons.

      Pros

      Field checking projects is nice- i.e. not tied down to your desk all day Annual Incentive Plan is a nice yearly bonus Good work/life balance. Everyone works 40 hours and thats it.

      Cons

      Where to start.... It's a great place to work if you don't have a 4-year degree. The majority of the work force are the "good ol' boys" and very very few female workers. Given that, there is absolutely no diversity, and the company is not open minded. Because of the educational gap the workforce can seem very boring and challenging to work with to a college graduate.

      Retirement program (discontinued for new employees) 401K match 3% decent pay within industry norms

      Cons

      Poor supervisors and management in general. They never get replaced even with large screw-ups and repeated incompetence. Workers pushed harder and harder to do more as people are cut.
