Pros
The people you work with usually are pretty great; most people in the home office or out at a site would drop what they're doing to help you. HR department really does care and is willing to help you out, even if you are a former employee (Thanks!). Frequent events that help brighten the mood, food is almost always included.Overall I liked pretty much everyone in management on the west side of the building (had limited interaction with the east side). Controller has pushed through flexible work hours and working from home that few other companies can really compete with.
Cons
Pretty poor beginning vacation days that I hope (Has?) change(d); anyone I know hates at the idea of 4 PTO days and 4 quarterly holidays for the first year of employment (No sick days). Kinda gives you a bad taste for the job from the start. Pretty low pay as well although raises were decent. I believe one side of the building is compensated significantly better than the other.
