Pros

Dominium has a great culture at Home Office. Each department seems to work well together. There is also room for advancement within the company. I started as an intern and within about 6 months, I was able to move into a full time position in my department. Lots of learning opportunities have occurred throughout my time with the company.

Cons

Small parking lot and not a lot of PTO given when you first start out.

Pros

You will learn a lot if you work in development. You'll be glad when you leave. You'll learn outdated management techniques. It might be a good history lesson for how old school companies are run.

Cons

The company is completely disorganized. They don't pay well. They treat employees like garbage. I've heard partners yell and scream at junior employees to get work done. That's probably why they hire so many young people out of college because they're young and don't know what a decent job is. If you don't like to drink, a lot, you might not want to work at the corporate office. Especially in development. They routinely want you to stay at the office late and work, which you will, but then you have to hang out and drink/humor them. It gets exhausting trying to act like you like them. They are entitled people, who think they are better than everyone else. You'll notice this by the way others talk - They refer to the tenants and 'toxic waste'.

Pros

I have found Dominium's pace to be a strong match for my employment style. I appreciate the company's focus on employee engagement and look forward to future enhancements to strive to be an employer of choice throughout the United States. Dominium's 2025 growth initiative demonstrates the company's focus on hiring and developing a workforce that is ready to meet the expectations of people who call our properties their homes.

Cons

I would like to see a more defined, market-based compensation structure in place to support the companies growth plans.
