Pros

It's a job. The building is nice. There are some incredible folks working for this company, but unfortunately the bad outweighs the good.

Cons

It's interesting that the last 8 positive reviews of this company were submitted by temporary interns. Once you're on the payroll and have a real job in this company, things work quite a bit differently. I would like to see more reviews from actual employees of this company for a better view of what a career at Domino's looks like.

Pros

Free soda. Impressive large building at Domino's Farms. A Fortune 1000 company and major brand recognition around the world. Good place to get started in your career, as long as you don't hang around too long -- budget pizza is fun but not a very fulfilling long-term career.

Cons

Strange culture. Limited developmental opportunities for most people. IT department is in shambles with poor management, black hole org charts, and lack of great leadership. Generally, the only way to succeed (in the Information Services department, at least) is to be a lifer for the company, brown-nose everyone that's higher on the org chart, have absolutely no personal life (no kids, spouse, friends, hobbies, etc.), and be on call 24/7 to answer upper management. Also, you need to be fine with constantly being reminded by management that you are replaceable, and if you don't like it you can leave. So that's what I did.

Pros

Great company with a fun company culture. Pay is above average, Where I worked, at the corporate level, in the distribution supply chain, management was always willing to listen and learn from the employees. Always willing to reward outstanding performance with their MVP (Most Valuable Person) program. Plenty of room for advancement, Plenty of smiles from everyone here!

Cons

I don't remember any downsides. I worked as a distribution driver, so the nigh time hours were hard to adjust to at first, but after that I would say there wasn't a downside to working here.
