Fair wages and benefits. Generally coworkers are good people to work with.

Cons

Leadership is out of touch with reality. Since buying Resolute Paper the last 3 years the bonus levels are at 60% payout with little chance of getting better. Upper management gets several bonuses beyond general employees so no sweat for them.

Not many. Standardization between the mills could be better.

Pros

There are a few nice people you work with. Pay and benefits are not terrible.

Cons

High stress, 24/7, no work life balance. Not much support. Everyone for themselves. Union vs Company administration nonsense. "This is the way we always done it" attitude.
