The benefits package was surprisingly competitive.

Cons

- Definition of a culture of fear. Employees under constant surveillance, afraid to come to work, actively disengaged. - Terrible leadership. Unethical management practices. - No sense of purpose to the work, it feels as if everyone is just running in circles.

Where to begin? Executive team is dysfunctional and disrespectful. No guidance or leadership. Constantly blames others. Take no ownership.
