      Pros

      The pay is good for the area. It is the only reason anyone works here. The schedule is terrible if you want any sort of life.

      Cons

      The schedule is terrible. It is swing shift and it is only separated with a day or two to make the day night shift adjustment. Everyone is like zombies because it is impossible to sleep very well.

      Terrible Asian Organization in Canada

      Pros

      Industry standard salary and benefits. Not much pros to tell about this Asian company. Ok to work here rather than being unemployed.

      Cons

      Very poor management. The Indian CEO is trying to fill up the plants with Indian people, while firing or laid off Canadian employees.
