      Pros

      There are some amazing people but the good ones end up leaving due to frustration and lack of trust in management.

      Cons

      Untrustworthy management. Management will lie to your face. The employees are disengaged and apathetic as a result of the way management treats them. This is worst professional experience of my career.

      Good Company Focused on Family and Employee's, Very Good Benefits

      Cons

      Has changed since restructure. Had a very bad boss and they seem to protect management. They struggled with focus and kept changing direction which was hard for the next level to get results. They will be going through this again for the next 1-2 years with the new focus, This stuff happens as a company tries to reinvent itself in a very mature market. Focus will continue to shift to personal care.

      good hours good pay good food

      Cons

      very week IBEW union. Rampant nepotism as many workers related in union and outside of union causing conflict of interests. Co-workers willingly give information to the management after gaining a new employees confidence. Which can result in you getting fired if the management does not like you.
