Great Opportunities, Salary and benefits.

Cons

Problems with the company culture and organization. Hard to get the things done and bad communication skills. No ergonomics respect ( they wont give you a mouse, you have to buy yours... No monitor and no keyboard). Your neck will cry in the end of the day.

Good work benefits, and a real care for environmental concerns.

Cons

Half of the upper management is in the US, the other is in Canada; lack of communication and each headquarter looking out for its own well-doing creates a considerable deal of conflicts of direction and focus, and tension in the work environment.
