- Remote work option available - Get paid on time and can bank hours to use another days - Easy interviews and hiring process
Cons
- Senior staff hired having no experience therefore they are lost and yell at employees at all the time - No training, no directions provided to staff and they are equally lost - change policies and procedures every payroll processing - No job security, judgmental, only see half empty and negative senior staff - Payroll department many don't have PCP or any experience and senior employees who approve work have NO experience processing payroll
