Great colleagues on the non management level.

HR and management are a joke, can't even respond to a text or email, blatant discrimination against myself for having crohns disease, left work due to health as I knew it was hard for the company to have me at that current time. Had life changing surgery which has now perfected my health so decided to reapply. No response, just an automated email rejection, no response to texts or emails, team leaders are all happy to have me back, but upon asking their "manager" who i very clearly know has a huge issue with me for nothing, I hear nothing back. For a company that is "equal opportunity" to not even give a former employee who did all the overtime they asked, and more, a reasoning to my rejection, is disgusting. Blatant discrimination against disabilities, not very good for an employer that prides themselves on inclusiveness.
