Great future - growing exponentially Lots of positive people initiatives starting Dedicated teams from top to bottom that genuinely want to make life at Doncasters good for employees

Cons

Still some hangovers from the decade, previous to the new management, - but it's clear they're working on making changes to improve these areas.
