Difficult to know how to address a comment without any detail regarding which of the twelve facilities you are referring to, but ten years suggests that your comment is based on a recent issue is affecting you and causing you to react, otherwise we assume you wouldn't have the long service you have. Can we suggest a chat with your local line manager, or if you have concerns about doing that a chat with your local HR team? If you don't feed comfortable doing that then please feel free to send a confidential message via the website, even if you don't identify yourself it would be helpful to understand why you feel this way after such a long time as an employee.
