Fairly laid back atmosphere vs other aerospace companies. CO-workers and other floor workers are generally easy to work with on projects.

Cons

No competitive wages if you wasn't hired in at your current position. Its hard to move into a different pay bracket if you was not hired into that pay bracket regardless of how many new responsibilities and positions you take on.

Nothing really good to report about this factory been here a few months but actively looking for work out of here. Once I have found a job I will be a former employee

Cons

Very poor management from shop floor all the way through to upper management. Boys on shopfloor always seeking ways to make themselves look good and others look bad alot of brown nosing going on. Recently there was a number of redundancies but still boys did weekend overtime while their former workmates was made unemployed
