good benefits , steady work

Cons

standing 12 hours in one place/production work/Management will not listen to employees. Stubborn , not open to any employee suggestions, will not try to make department temperature comfortable even though it has been cooler in the past. Will not allow tank tops or capris in wax department although it is too warm for many and causes much unnecessary strain and stress on your bodies year round!
