      Pros

      Direct supervisors are great except for one that micro manages.

      Cons

      Upper Management makes decision that take away benefits from employees without compensating them. Examples, Company cars, internet reimbursement, company car cost charged to employee. that is why I choose not to work for them anymore.

      Pros

      I could not be happier working at Donegal! From the top down, everyone genuinely cares about one another and, even at the executive level, knows you by name. I get to handle my own book of business and am given the authority and discretion to truly own the results, which is both challenging & rewarding. Each day is different and I truly enjoy waking up each day to come in to work!

      Cons

      A lot of projects and initiatives, which is good, but need to slow down. New system integration is resulting in working with multiple systems, but over time it will get better.
