Pros
It's a fairly laidback environment. Benefits are solid and I've never had an issue with taking time off. It feels like most of my direct managers do genuinely care about me as a person, as well as an employee.
Cons
Pay absolutely should be more competitive and brought up to the industry standard. The company itself is still a bit old-fashioned and transparency can be an issue.
