They recognize you need work/life balance. They have better than average benefits. They often promote from within the company. They are trying hard to adapt and transform the company to be more nimble, flexible, and competitive, both for employees and in the marketplace.

Cons

Like many financial businesses, Donegal has had a reputation for being more conservative when it comes to needed business changes, but that attitude seems to be lessening rapidly under Kevin Burke.
