      Pros

      HR is so friendly and hiring process was so refreshing compared to other places. They care about your success. Culture is great as well, very welcoming , willing to train and teach. I am excited to continue my career at Donegal.

      Pros

      There is always someone to turn to if you have any questions or need advice. I love how helpful everyone is and no one ever looks down on you for not knowing something. As long as you get your work done and are managing your table, Donegal is a flexible and great working environment. And if you are ever bored, there are lots of volunteer and team building activities available.

      Cons

      It can sometimes be hard to manage your workload depending on how big your territory is. As an underwriter, we are too involved with audits and loss control inspections. Those items should solely be handled by the respective departments with minimal involvement of underwriters.
