Pros

Amazing management, they let you do your thing which makes work feel more efficient without any micro-managing. It feels great to know they trust you. Benefits are great. The resource team is phenomenal to work with.

Cons

No holiday party/bonus, employee incentive program could at least offset that but not guaranteed, which is a shame when holiday bonuses are standard with every other company.

Pros

I started working at Donegal as a temp right out of college. I realized very quickly that this was a company that I wanted to continue to be a part of. Donegal is very focused on the work/life balance of their employees. They know that happy employees result in a successful business. They treat their employees as people, rather than just numbers. It really makes you feel like a valuable part of the company. Donegal is also very involved in the community, which is great not only to witness but they also invite their employees to participate in the events they support. I truly love working for Donegal Insurance Group.

Pros

Donegal really cares when it comes to hiring friendly and motivated employees. I work with a great team where we are all willing to pitch in and get the job done. And I couldn't do it without the fantastic support of my Managers who lead by example!

Cons

Con turn Pro. A few years ago there was less job advancement opportunity. The Company has since done some restructuring that include more opportunities.
