Pros

Unlimited PTO, Equity thats paid out every quarter, gym membership and free DashPass.

Cons

This role is completely different than what we were told upon signing up. We were told this would be no phones and yet we are on the phones most of the day at this point. It's obvious that upper management doesn't listen to us because they always add on more responsibilities and never take any away. It is clear that we are only looked at as a metric and not real people. Anytime there is any major backlash on something they want to roll out, they either have no clue how to answer the questions we ask or they say its "rolled out to early" only to bring it back at a later time. I have worked other positions in DoorDash and loved them and the work life balance, but this team is obviously so mismanaged and they expect you to work way more than the 40 hours a week to complete your tasks.

Pros

The only pro of this job is the unlimited PTO, but even that is super competitive and hard to get time off sometimes.

Cons

Management DOES NOT listen to us. They continuously give us more responsibilities, trainings, and change the job description with no promise of more pay. I got hired with the promise of no phone calls and now I'm required to make at least 30+ phone calls per week, if not more. Management blames "growing pains" but the growing never stops and they don't listen to us and how we actually feel. They see us as a machine, no humanity in this job whatsoever. Also, there is no yearly bonus. Only stock (that keeps going down) that we can't touch for 4 years.
