      Job Security Concerns – With frequent restructuring and shifting priorities, there can be uncertainty about long-term stability. Offshoring Work – A lot of tasks and roles are being moved offshore, which can impact team dynamics and internal opportunities. Limited Growth Opportunities – Career progression can be challenging, with fewer internal promotion paths and development opportunities. Lack of Actionable Feedback & Transparency – Leadership, especially at the director level, doesn’t always provide clear feedback or insight into decision-making, making it difficult to align with long-term goals.

      Pros

      You can create your own schedule. There are solid benefits; however, they aren’t as impressive as those offered by other tech companies.

      Cons

      You can create your own schedule, but constant call-outs and turnover will inevitably lead to working 60 hours a week or more. Most other Site Managers in this position are ineffective and don’t hold their value. The same can be said for Operations Managers. The pay isn’t worth the amount of stress you’ll have to endure.

      PTO and accrued shares were a huge benefit

      Cons

      Bad management and extremely high quotas that are ever changing. Management blames you if you miss quota and never take responsibility for market pushback and outdated systems. Quick to kick you to the curb if you actively help manage the managers team, run org wide trainings, etc. doesn't matter if you miss quota you're just a number to them.
