Pros

Initially offered remote, salary position with great benefits

Cons

After a few months remote turned to hybrid, salary position became hourly with little to no opportunity for overtime and all benefits declined. Constant changes frustrating employees as well as customers, little to no communication between departments and MXP was the abyss for all merchant problems with no resolutions in sight

Cons

Work load, lack of training/support, misaligned goaling (felt like goaling - which reflects 20% of your salary, was not aligned with the day-to-day of the job), poor leadership, poor growth opportunities
