      nice co-workers, ok benefits, interesting industry,

      Cons

      - waiting for a project can be longer than 6 months - you don't know where they say thank you to you or your colleague, no respect for people - they keep downgrading quality of work - waiting for answers from management or HR takes ages - short- and long-term planing does not exist - they don't know what they want

      Pros

      Good team. Free fruit (quality luck of the draw). Pheasants outside.

      Cons

      Terrible location. Nothing for miles. Pay is well below market rate. Extremely poor management in engineering team and nepotism is rife across all departments. If your face doesn’t fit or you don’t have the right postcode you’ve got no chance.
