      Pros

      Still a really good company to work for with a range of benefits. Great atmosphere, flexible working hours for most roles.

      Cons

      Last few years have seen a few benefits lost (Christmas parties permanently cancelled, team building budgets cancelled, Annual bonus terms changed to depend on performance of more parts of the business means less chance to get one).
