Pros

Plenty of Overtime throughout the year. Sometimes OT is voluntary. Sometimes mandatory. Dover provides breakfast/lunch on OT days.

Cons

Turnover rate is somewhat high Building 3 (production) RUN far away. They don’t care about you.

Great benefits and many kind of vacation time and Other time

Cons

We don’t always get off at the same time everyday. It depends on how many fuel pumps we need to build for the day.

Benefit package is ok. Pay was solid with a decent work life balance.

Cons

Very poor with new product development/implementation, mismanaged at almost every level. This created lots of extra effort that was just needles and a waste of resources.
