Thank you for sharing your experience working at Dover Fueling Solutions! We do pride ourselves on the great people we employ and our culture. We agree that overtime can be great … and sometimes not so great. We work hard with our sales team to forecast and adjust our staffing to ensure quality and on-time deliveries, but there are occasions when we get big orders (which is great for business) that require a tight turn-around time (not so great for those working long hours). It’s thanks to our amazing team members that we can accommodate fluctuating demands, and for that we are truly appreciative.
