Not much growth or advancement, overall boring work with little learning, pay is below industry standard for many positions, it's common that there's no bonuses, and there are literally hundreds of warnings against the company on other websites, which definitely says something.

A year ago they announced the company was being sued by the FTC, and told the entire company not to Google it because it would increase visibility. They failed to share just how bad their reputation is. They also failed to let the employees know that they lost their appeal in March 2025 and just let a bunch of people go with the worst severance package I’ve ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and Google DOXO warning to see dozens on dozens of city websites warning consumers not to use this product.
