Pros

A great team of people to work with! Everyone collaborates to accomplish our goals. Transparent metrics reviewed at weekly all-hands meetings to keep us informed on how we're progressing.

Cons

It can take some time to get up to speed with doxo's application stack. Documentation and tooling is constantly improving, so this is getting better.

Pros

The work is interesting and challenging, management cares about investing in employees, top leadership sets a great tone for the organization, benefits are great, good work life balance.

Cons

Lots of tribal knowledge can make starting out a little intimidating. The company is growing a lot and there are sometimes pains running into scaling problems. Diversity in engineering is getting better, but still pretty lacking.
