Pros
Open, collaborative, data-driven. Great team and startup vibe. awesome office location and views. Very strong dev team.
Cons
Growing pains. The team has more than doubled in past year, so it can be quite challenging for new people getting up to speed and contributing efficiently. It's exciting to be on growing team, but there's a lot to learn. Company needs to continue develop more documentation, training materials, management processes etc.
