      Pros

      . Great location • Easy access to the metro • Some genuinely good and supportive coworkers

      Cons

      Offices are located in the basement with no windows, which can impact morale and energy. Work-life balance is lacking, especially in management roles, and compensation does not reflect the workload or responsibilities. There’s a wide gap between the company’s stated values and the actual workplace culture, with poor communication and a lack of accountability across departments.

      Amazing Place to Work

      Pros

      Very positive culture, lovely and friendly team and managers. Recognition and reward for hard work, and many events and treats on a very frequent basis to lift the spirits. From entry-level to Senior Managers, everyone is very knowledgeable, does a great job and treats everyone equally and fairly.

      Cons

      Some processes could be more streamlined and the workload can be demanding in busy periods. However, everyone works very hard to achieve the common goals and there's a lot of support even during tough times.
