      Nice perks but a toxic work environment and high turnover

      Pros

      Some very nice old school full service perks - breakfast and lunch and dry cleaning, etc.

      Cons

      The turnover rate is extremely high, even for the hospitality industry. The main reason seems to be that the working environment is not pleasant or supportive. Management seems very brittle and not happy. It is never a happy or pleasant place to be. The physical location of the office was in a basement, no light, cold and damp.

      The team was like family. Amazing guests. Beautiful property. Incredible location.

      Cons

      Senior management (the board) was flaky. The pay could've been much better for the property we were in.
