As Front Desk roles are floor based, but we do try to make sure our team are comfortable. We added the special cushioned flooring for our team and the feedback has been really positive so far. Occasionally a longer shift is required due to unforeseen circumstances, but I can assure you we do lots of things behind the scenes to make sure it is fair for all team members. The Doyle Collection
