If your goal is to work in the hospitality industry. The doyle collection is a great place to start at. - Meals on duty - Easy way up to room service, reservation and even front desk - Good team and company overall

Cons

Wilde, Westbury Hotel - Poor management. - Hard to book vacations and get approval at the beginning. - not a 5 star restaurant. - poor tips considering the price of the room.

We agree, we rate the meals on duty (and the breakfast!), we believe we offer great opportunities to progress and the team are lovely. As much as we work hard in hospitality, you have to make time for fun :) We do tend to have long serving management team, which unfortunately means that sometimes you might need to stay a little longer in your current role before progressing. Because of this, we have increased our Learning and Development offerings, so there is more opportunities for professional and personal growth while in your current role.
