Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

No clear direction from senior leadership. Basic and clear communication does not exist. Salaries are not equal to others in the industry.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, though we are of course disappointed that your time with us hasn't been a positive one. As a current member of our team and with over 8 years of long service, I am sorry you don't feel there are positives to working with us. Please, please speak with your HR Manager to see if we can improve our communication and leadership. Thank you.

General Manager is awesome Free meals that are not too bad Management tries their best to make you happy Trainings are fun and very informative Decentt benefits Managers are always ready to step in and help

Cons

Hours are hard. You can be scheduled to work a 3pm-11:30pm shift and be required to work a 7am- 3:30 pm shift the next day. You can be working 9 days straight without a break. No set schedule. Can be scheduled to work morning, evening, or nights. Must work 40 hours a week

Pros

Some very nice old school full service perks - breakfast and lunch and dry cleaning, etc.

Cons

The turnover rate is extremely high, even for the hospitality industry. The main reason seems to be that the working environment is not pleasant or supportive. Management seems very brittle and not happy. It is never a happy or pleasant place to be. The physical location of the office was in a basement, no light, cold and damp.
