You are completely right, sometimes the hours can be long, but we do try to make sure there is a good balance and would certainly appreciate any suggestions for how to manage that better. . Great location • Easy access to the metro • Some genuinely good and supportive coworkers

Cons

Offices are located in the basement with no windows, which can impact morale and energy. Work-life balance is lacking, especially in management roles, and compensation does not reflect the workload or responsibilities. There’s a wide gap between the company’s stated values and the actual workplace culture, with poor communication and a lack of accountability across departments.
