In regards to progression, sometimes the natural progression you are aiming for may not be immediately available, but the benefit of having 8 diverse hotels spread out geographically does ensure that there are other progression routes available. I am thrilled to read that you have enjoyed the meals on duties and the discounts in our wonderful hotels. I have to agree with you that the people is what makes it such a great place to work. I understand your comments regarding the weekend work, which many of our team members appreciate, as that gives a higher rate of flexibility to shift patterns etc... And I am thrilled that we have been able to launch many learning and development programmes over recent years and have continued to do so during the pandemic to demonstrate our commitment to to our people.
