Pros

You'll work with nice people on your team. Free food at the canteen and a laundry service for some of your uniform. There are career progression opportunities. The senior management are more down to earth than in other large groups, except the owners. They are a aloof.

Cons

Poor pay and shift work. Some middle management would happily shift blame to you to avoid their department or team facing up to their own problems.

I have to agree that meals that are provided are one of our many amazing benefits of working with The Doyle Collection. Our expert chefs provide great quality and variety each day to satisfy our hungry team members, despite any food preferences. We do have, on very few occasions, an immediate increased demand in our hotels which could mean that you are asked by your manager to assist with this by staying a little longer on a particular day, but I am sure you will agree, that being able to take those hours back at a time that suits you and your loved ones is definitely a positive.
