it's great 5* hotel to grow career wise

Cons

Staff don't bother to professionally reply back, HR never replies back, if you ring they simple take you name number and reason for calling, but no one will actually get back to you, your the one who is chasing them but they don't make any effort follow up with you.

The River Lee Hotel - Organized but macromanaged

Pros

Macromanaged - the managers aren't constantly over you. This may suit some better than others. For me it is a plus. HR has created many different ways to recognize staff members for their work. The team is friendly and the staff within different departments are also very friendly. There is a sense of togetherness and a team. Management is nice.

Cons

Because the management is in the office rather than on the floor, the standard of service is a bit low for a 4 star hotel. I felt there were some staff who were slacking a bit. But somehow there was no staff tension. And therefore this goes unnoticed.
