Nice environment - tick. Team work - tick. We do make sure we do annual salary surveys with all of our competitors in the hospitality industry and are proud to always come out near the top, as well as all those unique benefits on offer. Working in a 365 day a year, 24 hour a day industry, i am afraid weekends do come as standard in hotels. We do try our best to balance shifts and make sure shifts aren't long, however if you have any suggestions for improvement, our HR team has an open door policy and are always happy to have a chat. Worked at Doyle Collection in most of their property, i can strongly say that it is one of the best companies i have worked for. Strong leadership from CEO and sharp vision from Chairwomen All the hotels i have worked offered the following. Free staff meal Free Laundry Great Health care (Washington Branch) Good salary Regular in-house trainings. The Doyle collection structure is helping develop individual growth within the company. Management identify strong candidates and nurture them rapidly.

Cons

There are a lot of cons to add but nothing out of the ordinary for a hotel. I focus only on the positive and conclude that Pressure makes Diamond. If you cannot control your time management, work efficiency and be the best version of yourself each day, then you might struggle. it is a company that needs you to be constantly ready.

Lack of preparation in the management team, lack of transparency in the management decisions, lack of reward in non-operational departments
